We offer confidential, efficient and reliable financial record keeping services for individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships and non-public corporations, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. We will also determine, calculate and prepare depreciation and amortization schedules; and, business travel expenses.
PRICING:
Every client's accounting needs vary. Therefore, our prices are based on the complexity of work involved.

Prices start at $125 per month for a sole proprietor, on a cash basis method of accounting and without employees, for up to 100 entries ($.50 for each additonal entry).
Cost accounting for manufactors and contractors is available. Price is based on complexity of work involved.

HOW IT WORKS:
You provide us with check stubs, schedule of sales, schedule of cash payments, etc. each month via: in person, mail, fax or Internet. We will process your data, calculate and prepare depreciation and amortization schedules for your assets, calculate business travel expenses and provide financial statements - Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Profit and Loss Detail Report - via mail, fax or Internet.
Tax preparations (all types) are available at an additional charge.
