AUDIT SERVICES:

We offer taxpayer assistance for federal and state audits.

In case you get a dreadful IRS or state letter, we can assist you in resolving the issue. If we prepared the return, there is no charge. If someone else prepared the return, there is a charge (see pricing below).

In case of an IRS or state audit, we will explain the preparation of your return, without charge, if we prepared your return. We will assist you with the audit for a fee (see pricing below).

We offer internal type audits for management purposes only for sole proprietors, partnerships, non-public corporations, organizations, associations and churches that have a need for an independent opinion on the effectiveness of its internal controls in providing reliable financial data.

Our internal audits are for management purposes only and are not designed to be used in court cases or by any regulatory agency or public held company.


PRICING:

Prices start at $40 per direct labor hour, plus expenses.

HOW IT WORKS:

An audit plan and estimate of hours are determined in advance and a commitment letter is signed.

CONSULTING SERVICES:

We offer financial and tax advisement and consulting services(including Word, Excel, Lotus, and QuickBooks software set-up and training). Rates start at $40 per hour.

From time-to-time we offer a simplified bookkeeping workshop for small business owners (mom and pop operations) and self-employed persons. A simplified do-it-yourself method of bookkeeping that meets IRS and state taxing agencies' requirements are taught. Also, many tax saving tips are given. (This alone will repay the cost of the workshop many times over.) The fee is $45 in advance or $55 on the day of the workshop. Seating is by reservation only.
